Saima Rana

Head of Operations, LCE
Saima Rana is the Head of Operations at the LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship (LCE), where she oversees strategic decisions and ensures they align with the Centre’s mission. She led the completion of the National Incubation Centre, Lahore project, advancing to a leadership role after serving as Director of Learning and Development. Saima curated the NICL Foundry Program, a bootcamp-style mini-MBA for entrepreneurs, and initiated academic collaborations, such as one with the University of Saarland. She also launched the first Pakistani cohort in the Stanford Seed Spark Program and supports startups as a mentor. Saima is a certified entrepreneurial coach and is currently the Project Manager for Tabeer. She also consults for the National Incubation Centre, Quetta. With over 20 years of experience as a business management instructor, she specializes in entrepreneurship and consumer behavior, and her courses at LUMS are highly rated. Saima also sits on the Board of Studies at the Pakistan Institute for Fashion and Design.
