Dr. Waqar has a doctorate in Instructional Technology from Columbia University. She has Extensive experience in integrating technology at different grade levels and designing projects to enhance student learning with the available technologies for public and private schools. She previously served as an associate professor in the school of education at LUMS and currently serves as Acting Dean School of Social Sciences and Humanities at UMT.
