Dr. Rukhsana Zia, driven by a passion for sustainable educational policies, has made significant contributions in both Pakistan's public and private sectors. As Head of the Center for Learning and Teaching at Forman Christian College University, she has developed innovative professional development programs, with online resources reaching over 10,000 visitors from 72 countries since 2020. She has collaborated with international organizations such as the World Bank, IMF, and UNICEF, and represented Pakistan at UNESCO, advocating for global equity in education. Notably, she restructured major educational organizations under the Punjab Education Reform Program and established a comprehensive database for Punjab's public school teachers.
